British band Coldplay have announced that additional tickets will be released for their Auckland shows in November.
Fans can access the freshly released tickets from Tuesday on the Live Nation website.
The band are set to play three shows at Eden Park, bringing their Music Of The Spheres World Tour down under.
Since kicking off in March 2022, the tour has sold over 10 million tickets, making it the most highly attended tour by a group of all time.
It has also become the highest grossing tour of all time, bringing in over US$1 billion (NZ$1.6b).
When tickets went on sale in November 2023 for the Auckland shows, over 200,000 people waited in the digital pre-sale queue for tickets – more than four times the venue’s capacity.
Coldplay’s tour to New Zealand is their first since 2016.
The band recently announced their tenth studio album Moon Music will be out in October, just ahead of their visit to Auckland.
Coldplay play Eden Park on November 13, 15, and 16.
