Kevin Spacey has revealed he’s homeless and “living in hotels”.

The actor made the comments in an interview with The Telegraph on Thursday.

Spacey’s career came crashing down after several sexual assault allegations in 2017, and he said he has struggled with legal costs.

“I’m living in hotels, I’m living in Airbnbs. I’m going where the work is. I literally have no home, that’s what I’m attempting to explain,” he told The Telegraph.

“The costs over these last seven years have been astronomical. I’ve had very little coming in and everything going out.”

Spacey has denied the allegations against him. In 2022, a jury in New York concluded he did not sexually assault actor Anthony Rapp in the early 1980s.

The following year, a UK court found Spacey not guilty of nine charges of sexual assault from four complainants.

He told The Telegraph that he wanted to return to high profile gigs.

“We are in touch with some extremely powerful people who want to put me back to work,” Spacey said.

Speaking outside Southwark Crown Court, Oscar-winning actor Kevin Spacey said he was 'humbled' by a jury's decision to clear him of nine sex offences on Wednesday.Addressing the press gathered out...

“And that will happen in its right time.”

Spacey said the film industry was waiting for someone in a position of “enormous respect and authority” to give it permission to end his exile.

“So, my feeling is if Martin Scorsese or Quentin Tarantino call [my manager, Evan Lowenstein] tomorrow, it will be over,” he told The Telegraph.

“I will be incredibly honoured and delighted when that level of talent picks up the phone.”

Several prominent actors have already called for Spacey to be welcomed back, including Sharon Stone and Liam Neeson.
