Russian billionaire steel magnate Alexander Abramov, who developed a $50 million luxury lodge in Northland, has put his 68-metre superyacht Triple Seven on the market.
Yacht brokers Burgess said the sale price was €44.9 million ($NZ76.9m). It described the boat as a 'contemporary, highly stylish contemporary yacht, with serene light-filled interiors and an abundance of outdoor spaces'.
'She features a minimalistic interior designed by Newcruise Design that flows seamlessly through to her abundant outdoor spaces,' Burgess said.
'With an expansive beach club, large sundeck jacuzzi, custom storage and provisioning solutions and extensively equipped garage including a dive room, a 27ft (8.2m) and 31ft (9.4m) tenders (and much more), she is equally at home in the cruising grounds of the Mediterranean, or exploring more remote regions of the Pacific.'

According to Forbes, Abramov has a net worth of $US5.6 billion ($NZ7.9b). He is the chairman of steel company Evraz, which is his biggest holding. In the 1990s he made a fortune exporting metals and coal from the Urals and Siberia.
Helena Bay Lodge opened in late-2016, and in December that year Luxury Travel Intelligence chose it as its best new luxury hotel in the world for 2016.
'Expectations are high here when you consider the $5 million per guest investment: this unique $50m property has just five suites, accommodating no more than ten guests,' Luxury Travel Intelligence founder Michael Crompton said.
'And while financial investment doesn't guarantee luxury and service, we are pleased to report that it does here. Every conceivable luxury is to hand. The architecture and decor is intentionally on the bland side, so as not to distract from the beautiful surrounding landscape.'
Guest facilities include a gym, sauna, massage room, 25-metre heated swimming pool, library, lounge areas, informal and formal dining areas and an outdoor fire pit.
