Christopher Luxon promises rough sleepers in the CBD won't be forced to move on if there's nowhere to go.

It took a few attempts but the Prime Minister eventually promises not to “move on” rough sleepers if they have nowhere to go.

Christopher Luxon says the government will have more to say in a few weeks about whether it will ban begging, or rough sleeping, in city centres.
