Luxon says ‘we will honour the Treaty’ in Rātana speech

Labour leader Chris Hipkins has used his address at Rātana marae to lament the new government's policies.

Prime Minister Christopher Luxon will address leaders at Rātana Pā in Whanganui on Wednesday as part of the annual event to celebrate the birth of the church founder.
