Specials are broadcast to customers through the app, and app users can ask their favourite business to join Vippa with a simple in-app click.

There's no more of those annoying loyalty cards for a free coffee floating around in your customers' wallets, and no need for that big box of cards cluttering your front of house. 'We've digitised loyalty and added more to it in line with the daily deals concept,' says Yang. 'You can run your usual stamp loyalty program. You can also create daily or instant flash deals – and these are pushed only to those app users nearby, keeping the deal relevant to them.'

The clever solution gets rid of pages and pages of coupons, complicated setup processes and costly counter equipment. It also can reduce overstocked food waste with quick flashdeal sell-out across the entire mobile platform.
