The third placed Dolphins host the second placed Warriors on Saturday 5pm (NZT) at Suncorp Stadium, Brisbane.
The Warriors will be without standout prop Jackson Ford who has been ruled out for between 10 and 12 weeks with a pectoral tear.

What to expect
It’s all on the line for the Warriors this week in a second against third clash that will surely be the match of the NRL’s round 17.
For the Warriors, there will be no holding back. Following Saturday's match, they will have an extra seven days to recover some tired and sore bodies with the bye coming up in round 18. The Dolphins will start as firm favourites on the back of seven straight wins. The last team to beat them? That was the Warriors, who secured a 20-18 victory in Wellington, way back on April 25.
The Dolphins are just two points or one win behind the Warriors, so would draw level with the Auckland-based club on competition points with a victory.
For the Warriors, Saturday’s match will be the first in what is expected to be 10-12 weeks without standout prop Jackson Ford, who has suffered a pectoral tear.
The issue for Warriors coach Andrew Webster isn’t just replacing Ford the player, it’s trying to find the extra minutes needed in the middle rotation. Uncharacteristically for a middle forward, Ford has often been playing the full 80 minutes.
