Kevin Spacey facing fresh sexual assault claims

Kevin Spacey is facing fresh sexual assault claims.
The BBC is reporting the Oscar-winner is being accused of assaulting three men between 2000 and 2013. Spacey denies the allegations.
The civil claims will go to the High Court in London next October. It has not been determined if the claims will be in a single trial, or split into three.
Spacey was acquitted on sexual assault charges brought by four men at a criminal trial in London in 2023.
A year earlier, a jury in New York concluded he did not sexually assault actor Anthony Rapp in the early 1980s.
Two of the men from the UK criminal trial have filed civil legal cases at the High Court.
A third, Ruari Cannon, has waived his right to anonymity, and alleges he was groped by Spacey after a party in 2013.
Earlier this week, Spacey responded to reports he was “homeless”, saying he was not “homeless in the colloquial sense“.
“I’m living in hotels, I’m living in Airbnbs. I’m going where the work is. I literally have no home, that’s what I’m attempting to explain,” he told the Telegraph.
The headline for that story featured the word “homeless” and was carried around the world.
The former House of Cards star praised the work of the Telegraph journalist, and said he had been “undermined” by the headline writer.
