The celebrities who feature in the Epstein files
Saturday, 20 December 2025
The Epstein files released by the US Department of Justice on Saturday have revealed a number of celebrities associated with the late sex offender, as well as his convicted former partner Ghislaine Maxwell.
The photos formed part of the investigation into convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, released to move the focus of the highly anticipated documents from President Donald Trump, who long sought to keep the files sealed.
Those included in the photos have not necessarily been accused of any wrongdoing.
Here’s who has been caught up in the files released so far.
Michael Jackson
The King of Pop was photographed with Epstein, as well as former US President Bill Clinton and the Queen of Motown Diana Ross.
In one of the photos, Jackson wore a pair of sunglasses and a suit jacket, while Epstein wore a zip-up hoodie with his hands in his pockets.
In a photo with Clinton and Ross, Jackson was looking at something off camera, while Clinton had a hand on his shoulder. Ross was smiling, but not looking at the camera. Another, unknown person, was redacted from the photo.
The context of the photos and the dates they were taken were unknown.
Jackson was first linked to Epstein in documents released in 2024, when he was named in a hearing for a lawsuit against Epstein’s former partner Ghislaine Maxwell, now jailed for child sex trafficking.
The late singer was not accused of any wrongdoing in relation to Epstein and Maxwell’s offending.
Mick Jagger
Clinton featured again in a photo with Rolling Stones frontman Mick Jagger. A third person was redacted from the undated photo.
A second photo showed Jagger and Clinton sat around a dinner table.
Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor
Formerly known as Prince Andrew, the now private citizen was photographed laying across five women’s laps, the women’s faces redacted.
Smiling in the background was registered sex offender and former partner of Epstein Ghislaine Maxwell.
Mountbatten-Windsor was stripped of his titles due to his association with Epstein and allegations made against him by Virginia Giuffre, who claimed she was 17 years old in 2014 when she was sex trafficked to Epstein and the former prince (who has denied the allegations).
Kevin Spacey
There were several images of Kevin Spacey included in Saturday's photo dump. The actor, known for his Oscar-winning roles in The Usual Suspects (1995) and American Beauty (1999), was pictured alongside Epstein, Clinton and Maxwell.
Spacey himself faced abuse allegations between 2000 and 2013, but was acquitted on sexual assault charges brought by four men at a criminal trial in London in 2023.
In July 2024, Spacey joined the call for the Epstein files to be released, after his name was brought up as part of the lawsuit against Maxwell earlier in the year.
“Release the Epstein files. All of them. For those of us with nothing to fear, the truth can’t come soon enough.
“I hate to make this about me - but the media already has.”
Chris Tucker
The stand up comedian and actor was photographed alongside Maxwell on an airport runway, and in another photo featuring Clinton in the background.
Tucker spent time travelling in Epstein’s plane in 2002, alongside Clinton and Spacey while doing charity work in Africa.
David Copperfield
Magician David Copperfield was photographed hugging Maxwell in an undated photo.
He previously insisted through lawyers that he was “not a friend of Jeffrey Epstein”, after he too was named during the investigation into Maxwell.
It has been reported that Copperfield met with Epstein at least three times.
