Sometimes you do get a free ride

Usually when you see dashcam footage posted online involving cyclists things have a way of ending infuriatingly or unpleasantly.

That's not how things go in this footage, however.

Posted to the goldmine of car-related stupidity r/IdiotsInCars subreddit by user IneedGifsPlz, the footage shows a cyclist traversing a pedestrian crossing in front of the car. But if you are quick you will catch a glimpse of something in the far right of the frame.

That something is another cyclist who seems to be wonderfully oblivious to everything around them…

Of course the two cyclists collide, but because the oblivious one is riding a three-wheeled bike it doesn't result in a painful tangle of spokes and limbs.

Rather the first cyclist is gracefully tipped off his bike onto the back of the three-wheeler, whereupon the oblivious one proves just exactly how oblivious they are by… continuing riding.

The first cyclist is left sitting on the back wondering just exactly how his life had led him to that moment.
